What I have found to be remarkably similar in all the sectors I have worked is how how everyone can do with a bit of help now and again with the challenges they face. I realised, over time, this is what I get drawn to - helping people develop their way though their challenges. So, in working as a professional coach, I dedicate my time to helping individuals and groups.
